This hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from all the shops and restaurants, which was super convenient for our Christmas getaway. The free parking is a definite bonus too! I really enjoyed the cozy vibe of the room and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
Our experience had its downsides. The cleanliness was hit or miss; our room had dust in the corners and just felt a bit neglected. Plus, the bathroom was cramped, and the radiator didn’t work properly, leaving us a bit chilly during our stay. Definitely not what we expected for a holiday break!

This hotel met expectations, we would definitely recommend to anyone. We had a wonderful time in this small venue in Harrogate. Liked our rooms with four poster double bed. Central location was a plus.

A nice family run hotel/b&b. The twin room we had was small but the ensuit facilities were good. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The family were very helpful at all times and the breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Hotel very central to town centre.
I would rate this property more of an up-class b&b rather that a 4 star hotel.
